If I had all the money in the world, I’d probably change my hair twice a week. Wouldn’t you?

Changing your hair is soo refreshing. When I haven’t done my hair for a long time, I start to feel/ look a little crusty which just isn’t cute.
Whilst some people drink alcohol to give them a little courage, a simple hair style change gives me the exact same buzz. Lol, I feel like Naomi Campbell in these streets, well for the first couple of days and then reality hits… I am just Tilly.
As crazy as it sounds, a fresh hairstyle brings out a new attitude in me. I get a sense of confidence and happiness especially when it turns out better than I expected. It also inspires me to be more creative with my style. Not every hairstyle will go with what you normally wear so you may need to switch things up to suit your new hairdo. Lol, it’s a great excuse to go shopping as well π
Although I am always enthusiastic about trying new things with my hair, it doesn’t always turn out right. I recently had a traumatic experience with Faux locs and let’s just say after sitting down for 10 hours and spending a lot of money I had to take the hair out within the same week. It’s safe to say I hated it. The pain was unbearable and I looked like an alien but let’s not dwell on the past. I am currently loving my braids, inspired by the beautiful Eva Marcile. She always uses the right blend of colors so I decided to try one of her classic gold and platinum blonde combinations. I have no regrets with this one and my hubby loves it which is always a plus. What do you think of it? My mum isn’t a fan of, she told me I should stick to black but she’s old school ππ.
What hairstyle are you thinking of trying next, let me know in the comment box below?
Till next time ladies, stay beautiful and don’t be afraid to try something new.
Tilly xx
